NEW DATE! 11th "Naumburg Masters Market" arts and crafts market

On 14 and 15 September 2024, the 11th "Naumburg Master Market" invites you to stroll through the unique garden of the Naumburg Master from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and discover regional and national artisans and restaurateurs.

The artisans and their products are characterised by creative, innovative ideas and their loving handiwork. Some of the artisans will be demonstrating their craft on site and will be happy to answer questions. There will be plenty to marvel at and, of course, to buy.

The KinderDomBauhütte will also be opening its doors to all guests on both days. Children and their families can create autumnal leaves out of transparent paper. There will also be a plant search game in the cathedral garden: Which leaf and plant ornaments that the Naumburg Master created on the west rood screen in the 13th century can also be found in the cathedral garden? The KinderDomBauhütte will also be participating with a sales stand, where you can find glass products, handmade folding cards and a craft sheet of the West Choir to take home.

There will also be a fencing workshop in the cathedral garden on Sunday from 11.00 am.
